Because of the nature of these items we will not be able to resale the item and a refund will not be given.

    Restocking Fees:

    The following products are returnable, but a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount: Power Wheelchairs, Electric Scooters, Wheelchair Cushions, and Karman Healthcare Products.

    Getting a Return Authorization:

    • If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please call us at 866-204-7411 and we will resolve that issue at our expense, a return authorization is not needed.
    • Please make sure your item is in new condition with all original packaging. Make sure you items are clean from the wheels up and scratch free. All original packaging materials must be on the item.

    • Once you have made your request we will get you your Return Authorization information within 48 hours by email or phone.
    • The Return Authorization information will tell you were to send your package back to and any RA number you may need to put on the outside of the package.

    3 - Commonly asked questions when selecting a Wheelchair or Transport Chair - Return Top

    What is the difference in a Manual Wheelchair and Transport Chair?
    A Manual Wheelchair or Transport Chair can be used virtually anywhere you need to go, the main difference is that a Manual Wheelchair has large rear wheels giving the person in the chair the ability to self-propel keeping their independence.
    A Transport Chair has all small wheels and a second person would be needed to push the chair. A Transport Chair is typically lighter and more compact for easy transportation.
     

    Will my Wheelchair or Transport Chair fit into my vehicle?

    Typically all Manual Wheelchairs and Transport Chairs will fold, unless specified as a ridged frame, so that you can fit it into your trunk. A Manual Wheelchair will fold in half and most Transport Chairs will fold in half and the backrest will fold down. In addition (unless otherwise specified) you will be able to remove the footrests or legrests making the chairs length even smaller to fit into your vehicle for easy travel.
    We also have a variety of chairs that offer unique features like removable rear wheels, removable arms, fold-down backs, and lower item weights to make your traveling as easy as possible.
     

    How do I know what seat size I need?

    We offer several seat size choices on most of our chairs to try to accommodate as many customers as possible. 18" is the standard seat width for a manual wheelchair and 19" for a Transport Chair. Finding your seat size is easy; simply sit in a chair and measure across your lap at the widest area, whether the lap or hips. That measurement will be the seat width you need. We offer seat sizes from 12” – 30”, and even custom sizing on some products.

    How do I know what Footrests I need?

    On many of our chairs you will have an option of what kind of footrests you would like. Most of our chairs come standard with Swing-Away Footrests.

    Swing-Away Footrests are typically removable for easy storage and transport. Swing-Away Footrests basically provide you with a stable and comfortable platform to keep your feet on while in the chair. Swing-Away Footrests will easily swing out to provide you with a clear path to stand up from or sit down in the chair.

    On many of our chairs you can select an option of Elevating Legrests.

    Elevating Legrests will function the same as Swing-Away footrests in that they are typically removable for easy storage and transport and they will easily swing out to provide you with a clear path to stand up from or sit down in the chair. In addition, Elevating Legrests provide you with a comfortable calf pad and will elevate so you can keep one or two legs elevated. Both legs will function individually so it will be easy to find a position that is perfect for you.
     

    How do I know what Armrests I need?

    Full Length Armrests extend from the back of the seat to the front of the seat giving you the most space possible to rest your arms.

    Desk Length Armrests extend only about half way up the seat. This will make it easier to pull up to a table to eat or a desk to work.

    Fixed or Permanent Armrests mean that the armrests are welded to the frame of the chair and are not removable.

    Removable Armrests have a quick release button on the front and back of each armrest so you can take them off. This will make side transfers to a toilet, car, chair, or even bed possible.

    Flip-Back Armrests have a quick release button on the front of the armrest so you can easily flip the arm up. This will make side transfers to a toilet, car, chair, or even bed possible.
     

    How do I get replacement parts for my item?

    How do I find my Handle Height?

    We offer several different walking aids in all different heights, colors, sizes, and styles to try to accommodate everyone’s own personal needs and style. Choosing the right height is easy. All you need to do is take a measurement from the ground up to your waist area, or were you would want to hold out your hands. That will be your handle height.

    How do I select my Wheel Size?

    A lot of the Rollators and Walkers you see will come with Wheels. Some have larger wheels than others making them work better on rougher terrains like gravel, thick grass, and cracked sidewalks.
    You should not have a problem with any wheel size on smooth floors or standard carpeting.
     

    Will my Walker or Rollator fit into my vehicle?  

    Typically all Walkers and Rollators fold unless otherwise specified. This is so you can easily fit the item into your trunk, back seat, or any out of the way place you like. Folding these items does not require tools, and is quick and easy.

    Does my Wheeled Walker or Rollator have brakes?

    Unless otherwise specified, all Wheeled Walkers and Rollators have looping locking hand brakes. The hand brakes are easy to use and gentle to squeeze for even the most arthritic users.
    Simply squeeze the brake to slow or stop your item. You can flip the same brake lever down to lock the brakes so you can safely sit down.

    How do I get replacement parts for my item?

Refunds will not be made unless the return policy is met. The policy is different for some products and/or categories so please read the full policy below:

    Non-Returnable Items:

    Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns on any bathroom safety, incontinence products, Custom Built Products, Ultra lightweight Wheelchairs, Lift Chairs, Wound Care Products, or Hospital Beds. Because of the nature of these items we will not be able to resale the item and a refund will not be given.

    Restocking Fees:

    The following products are returnable, but a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount: Power Wheelchairs, Electric Scooters, Wheelchair Cushions, and Karman Healthcare Products.

    Getting a Return Authorization:

    • If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please call us at 866-204-7411 and we will resolve that issue at our expense, a return authorization is not needed.
    • Please make sure your item is in new condition with all original packaging. Make sure you items are clean from the wheels up and scratch free. All original packaging materials must be on the item.
    • You will simply need to call us for a Return Authorization. Please have your sales order number or the name on the account ready.
    • Once you have made your request we will get you your Return Authorization information within 48 hours by email or phone.
    • The Return Authorization information will tell you were to send your package back to and any RA number you may need to put on the outside of the package.
    • Refunds will not be made unless the return policy is met.

    Getting a Refund:

    • Refunds are made with any applicable taxes in the same form that your original order payment was made. Once a refund has been made it can take 72 business hours to show on your credit card statement.
    • Refunds are only made after returned product has been received and inspected.
    • Once all criteria have been met and your package has passed inspection your refund will be made automatically. If you provided an email address when placing your order we will send you an email confirmation as well.

    Return Shipping:

    • The return shipping charges of unwanted items are the responsibility of the customer.
    • You may select a carrier that is most convenient for you.
    • You must be able to provide a tracking number for your return shipment so the item/items can be followed to their destination and a refund given.
    • Your Return must be received to the address provided to you within 15 days of the issue of your return authorization.
    • Refunds will not be made unless the return policy is met.

    Canceling Orders:

    • Please call our sales staff at 866-204-7411 for any inquires about canceling your order.
    • If your item has already shipped we will not be able to cancel and your refund will be subject to the terms and conditions of our return policy.
