How much will it cost to ship my order?
At Wholesalewheelchairs.com we are proud to offer you free shipping on all orders of $50.00 or more and free shipping on all mobility items with standard ground shipping in the continental USA. If your order is for less than $50.00 and is not a mobility item, we offer a low $6.99 shipping charge in the continental USA.

If your order is shipping to Alaska or Hawaii please call for shipping charges and options. In some cases we are able to ship items as large as a scooter or bed for as little as $25.00 to these two states.

At Wholesalewheelchairs.com we do not offer shipping outside of the USA. In this case many people choose to have us ship the item to a freight forwarder of their choice in the continental USA. The free shipping or $6.99 shipping charge would still apply as mentioned above.

How soon will my order ship?
Orders placed with us typically ship in 1 – 2 business days. Custom built or upgraded items can take longer. Please refer to exact item page for more shipping information.
Orders are typically shipped from the warehouse closest to you so we can keep transit times to our customers at a minimum.

Orders are never shipped on weekends or holidays; these orders will typically ship the next business day.

How do I know when my order has shipped?
If you supplied your email address when placing your order, tracking your package will be easy. As soon as your order has shipped (typically within 2 business days) we will automatically email your tracking number to you and you will be able to tell who has your package and when you will receive it.

If you did not supply your email address or you have not received your shipping confirmation email, please contact us and we will help you.

Can I return my purchased item if I do not like it?
At Wholesalewheelchairs.com we try to make sure all of our customers have the item and all of the correct options they need, the first time. If you are unsure of any aspect of your order please call our staff at 866-204-7411 and we will be happy to help you make the correct selection.

If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please call us at 866-204-7411 and we will resolve that issue at our expense, a return authorization is not needed. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

At Wholesalewheelchairs.com we understand that sometimes a purchase does not work out, that’s why we offer a 30 day return policy that is effective the day you receive your item, not the day you place your order. Refunds will not be made unless the return policy is met. The policy is different for some products and/or categories so please read the full policy below:

Non-Returnable Items:

Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns on any bathroom safety, incontinence products, Custom Built Products, Ultra lightweight Wheelchairs, Lift Chairs, Wound Care Products, or Hospital Beds. Because of the nature of these items we will not be able to resale the item and a refund will not be given.

Restocking Fees:

The following products are returnable, but a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount: Power Wheelchairs, Electric Scooters, Wheelchair Cushions, and Karman Healthcare Products.

Getting a Return Authorization:

• If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please call us at 866-204-7411 and we will resolve that issue at our expense, a return authorization is not needed.
• Please make sure your item is in new condition with all original packaging. Make sure you items are clean from the wheels up and scratch free. All original packaging materials must be on the item.
• You will simply need to call us for a Return Authorization. Please have your sales order number or the name on the account ready.
• Once you have made your request we will get you your Return Authorization information within 48 hours by email or phone.
• The Return Authorization information will tell you were to send your package back to and any RA number you may need to put on the outside of the package.
• Refunds will not be made unless the return policy is met.
• If you are unsure about your items return policy or need any other information please call us at 866-204-7411 and our staff and we will be more than happy to help you.

Getting a Refund:

• Refunds are made with any applicable taxes in the same form that your original order payment was made. Once a refund has been made it can take 72 business hours to show on your credit card statement.
• Refunds are only made after returned product has been received and inspected.
• Once all criteria have been met and your package has passed inspection your refund will be made automatically. If you provided an email address when placing your order we will send you an email confirmation as well.
• Refunds will not be made unless the return policy is met.

Return Shipping:

• If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please call us at 866-204-7411 and we will resolve that issue at our expense, a return authorization is not needed.
• The return shipping charges of unwanted items are the responsibility of the customer.
• You may select a carrier that is most convenient for you.
• You must be able to provide a tracking number for your return shipment so the item/items can be followed to their destination and a refund given.
• Your Return must be received to the address provided to you within 15 days of the issue of your return authorization.
• Refunds will not be made unless the return policy is met.

Canceling Orders:

• If your item has already shipped we will not be able to cancel and your refund will be subject to the terms and conditions of our return policy.
